When does the program start?

The cut-off for school registrations for 2023 is:

Friday 24th March 2023 for Term 3 program implementation

Friday 2nd June 2023 for Term 4 program implementation

*Please note Term 3 schools will receive their socks in week 2 or 3 of the Term at the latest.

Does the whole school have to participate or can just certain students be involved?

We believe the program will be most effective if all students in the school from grades 1 through to 6 are involved, however this is not mandatory. With the way the program is implemented in the classroom environment, we need at least a whole class to register to participate together.

How much does the program cost?

The cost is $14.50 per student. This includes a pair of Posisocks for every student as well as access to the program. This also includes a pair of socks being donated to the homeless community for every 10 students that participate, and $1 per student donated to Indigenous charities and communities.

Does the school have to pay the entire amount up-front?

No. To secure your spot in the PosiSchools program we request 50% of your schools total registration fees up front. The balance is then paid prior to your socks being shipped to you ahead of the program commencing in either Term 3 or Term 4.

How long does the program take?

The program is a 21 day curriculum cycle. This is based off the concept that it takes 21 days to form a habit. By doing this we hope to help your students make a habit of starting their day positively. However every school is welcome to implement the program at a time or structure that best suits your school. You have the flexibility with our online portal to access the lesson plans and videos at any time across Term 3 and Term 4 this year.

Why socks?

Putting socks on in the morning is one of the most common routines we all have. By combining this with positive reinforcement we hope to help everyone explore new habits and develop a routine to help you start your day the right way – positively.  

How long from ordering will the product take to arrive? 

Once you have signed up and placed your order we will have the socks out to your school at the commencement of either Term 3 or Term 4 based on which one you have selected. Once your socks arrive you will then gain access to the 21 day program of lessons and content.

Do you come to our School and present PosiSchools?  

No – we understand that there can be a lot going on in a classroom, so the lessons have been designed to be implemented by classroom teachers! Every participating teacher will gain access to the day’s topic each morning, where they then can facilitate the day’s activity.
